Travel Insurance for Fellows

The Trust has provided you with a Travel Insurance Product Disclosure Statement and Policy. They have also provided you with an application form. We strongly recommend that you read these documents prior to completing the application form or contacting our office. The Trust will pay the cost for Super Plus or Super Cover (dependent on your destination of travel) for the Fellow for the period of the Fellowship.

Cover may be extended by payment of additional premium by the Fellow, to include spouse and/or children travelling with the Fellow.

The policy can also be extended for a longer period than the Fellowship by payment of the appropriate premium.

Please ensure the completed application form is forwarded to our office at least 1 month prior to your departure date.

Pre-existing medical conditions

You may apply for Pre-Existing medical condition cover by contacting our office and obtaining the relevant document which will need to be completed by you and your Medical Practitioner. Once completed, the document is to be returned to our office as soon as possible so we may obtain assessment advice from the Insurer. If any additional premium is payable under this section, it is to be paid by the Fellow, not the Trust.

Payment Options

Payments may be made by Visa, Mastercard or Bankcard by telephone, fax, post, or website. Alternatively, payment can be made by personal or bank cheque or Money Order payable to Harlocks Pty Ltd.
